Technical information may also be processed by the final hosting, security, analytics or form-processing services chosen for the live website.

3. Optional analytics and cookies

With a visitor’s optional analytics choice, this site is configured to use Google Analytics 4 to understand public website use, including page views, scroll depth, public link clicks, form interactions and completion of public planning tools. Google Analytics is not loaded by this site until a visitor chooses Allow analytics. The site does not use Google Ads remarketing, advertising storage, ad-personalisation signals, custom user IDs or form-entry values for this analytics setup.

We do not send contact-form messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, newsletter addresses, Financial Signal answers, Scope Builder selections, calculator values, payroll information or client information to Google Analytics. The site may keep a small browser-stored preference so it can remember an analytics choice. Visitors can allow, decline or later change that choice using the Analytics choices control in the site footer.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by carefully selected website, email, analytics, CRM, security or professional-service providers only where necessary to operate the service. The current technical release is prepared to use Namecheap hosting/cPanel email for website enquiries, Brevo double opt-in processing for newsletter confirmations and, where a visitor allows analytics, Google Analytics 4 for public website measurement. This notice must be updated if a provider or workflow changes. Retention periods should be defined in the final production privacy programme and aligned with applicable law and the purpose for which information was collected.
